The Easiest banana bread ever!
Quite literally the easiest banana bread recipe! You only need a handful of ingredients and the whole family will eat this up. I tried it at a friend’s house a couple summers ago and it has been a staple ever since. I usually have to make two batches because it goes so fast. Made with just a few simple ingredients, its wholesome and great for snacking!
Ingredients
-3 eggs
-3 ripe bananas, mashed
-2 Tbs Honey
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 cups Almond Flour
-1tsp baking soda
-1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350* F. In the bowl of your stand mixer, or in a mixing bowl if you’re planning to use a hand mixer, beat the eggs on high for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips and blend until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and put it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Ovens vary, mine usually take about 35 minutes.
**Definitely refrigerate it after 2 days or so. It won’t last long on the counter because of the simple ingredients.
