What does an Integrative Health Coach do?
The short version is that a health coach is just that, a coach. We help you set goals, stay accountable, and support you on your journey. In this case, your wellness journey. The long version is that no journey is the same. We often have to peel back the layers before we get to the actual issues that are not allowing us to make healthy lifestyle changes. Getting past those mental blocks that keep us going in circles. Making the shift to a balanced lifestyle isn’t easy. Sometimes even though we have all the information and know what needs to be done, taking those first few steps can be hard.
More than once, I’ve been in a situation where I’ve had to find all the answers on my own. I would have loved to have someone I could partner with who understood where I was coming from. That’s what a Health Coach does.

3 Month Program
Consists of two one-on-one sessions per month.
We work together to focus in on your health goals and create a plan to attain them.
Take a closer look at ingredients and adjust your diet to meet your specific needs.
Learn to listen to your body’s cues and give it the nutrients it’s asking for, on and off your plate.
Strategies for managing life’s stressors.
6 Month Program
A more in depth version of what we cover in the 3 month program.
Addressing cravings and what they might mean.
Discussing your relationship with food and how to cross any emotional or mental barriers that keep you from reaching your goals.
